NY Process Express, Inc. was founded by Nick Hudson of Oneida, NY, who has been a professional process server in Central New York and the Mohawk Valley since 2012. Over the past decade, Nick has earned a reputation with local attorneys and landlords as being a fierce advocate for his clients, working tirelessly to pursue the best possible outcome for every case he was assigned. He has been known to use tact and resourcefulness to find the unfindable and serve the unservable.
During the business slowdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Nick decided to take his small business to a new level. With a vision of one day becoming a leading provider of legal support services throughout the State of New York, he began building a network of process servers throughout the state, and expanding service offerings to include eFiling, skip tracing, property inspection services, and foreclosure sale representation. In 2021, Nick officially formed NY Process Express, Inc. to make this vision a reality.
Soon after, with the help of his friends at NAPPS, Nick was able to attain Financial Services Compliance (FSC) Accreditation, a third-party audit and testament to the safe and sound business practices that our team has always practiced.
Looking toward the future, NY Process Express, Inc. hopes to continue growing and building positive business relationships with attorneys, landlords, other process service firms, and self represented litigants, while still remaining small and humble enough to care about each individual client and case.
